Install VADR without downloading model files?

Hi Eric,

I saw that with v1.7 release that more model files for various organisms are downloaded by default when the install script is run. Does the vadr-install.sh script have an option that would allow to simply download and install VADR's dependencies, but prevent the downloading of any model files (or perhaps what used to be the defaults previously, so the calici and flavi models)?

Looking at vadr-install.sh it doesn't seem to be the case, but I thought I'd ask. Perhaps that could be a feature added in a future version?

Asking because StaPH-B would like to keep our docker images small and prevent downloading unnecessary models. We have a collection of different docker images, some images with model files for specific organisms, some without any model files at all, etc.

@kapsakcj : Good idea - I'll work on this for next release. In the meantime, best way to do this is to remove or comment out the lines in vadr-install.sh that install the models, currently lines 228-278. You can do that on the command line with:

sed '228,278d' vadr-install.sh > new-vadr-install.sh
