Publishing CDS and CDNSKEY?

Despite a few mentions in the documentation, I find no way to convince Cascade to publish CDS and/or CDNSKEY. Is it planned?

For some reason, the alpha releases don't publish CDS/CDNSKEY records. The key manager does generate them. I want to make some changes to the key manager in this area and then I'll add this as well.

I suggest that we need an option in the configuration to disable it, because you may want to control publication manually. (It's fine if it is enabled by default.)

Following this issue,Is it possible to have cds_rrset=[] in the .state file when the zone is signed correctly? I disabled all the key roll automations.

We plan to look at when to publish CDS/CDNSKEY but not in the near future. The DS records are there though.
