AuctionMaximalMatching: Fix the non matching of certain bidders to certain goods

For some reason, the argmax method is not choosing specific goods at all, and therefore they are not being bid on.

How do we deal with this?

Currently they are simply skipped and do not count towards the total similarity.

Maybe there is a better method.
