while running an extended PerformanceEvaluator, got the following:

path to 'C:\Users\sachagunaratne\Documents\GitHub\batch_files\tb_tests.db': 'C:\Users\sachagunaratne' does not exist

It would make sense to have the user enter the database directory yes?
