We had an issue which is not related to the codebase: NMRLipids/FAIRMD_lipids#1
There people discussed what to do with the fact that experimentally available PG are racemic in C2 of the end glycerol. It is of course the case, but I would not do anything with it. Some bachelor project can be done to demonstrate if there is any difference betweeen racemic and non-racemic forms. The codebase already allows to add the other form of PG into the molecule list and mix them.
