Reports Summary Table empty

The Reports tab `Summary Table` and `Summary Table No Baseline` are empty and don't display anything in the dropdown in PAT v3.9.1. Tested with OpenStudio Results v0.11.1 from BCL and my fixes for the rendering bug.
