Intermittent issue with clearsky output time series variable reporting

Describe the bug
Intermittently, the clearsky irradiance outputs (subarray1_poa_beam_front_cs for example) report as 0 despite being calculated in pvsamv1. Other times the outputs work as intended. Seems like an initialization issue of some kind. Does not appear to impact results, only data table output reporting.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Detailed PV - No Financial
2. Simulate
3. Go to Data Tables
4. Select 'Subarray 1 beam POA clearsky irradiance (W/m2)'
5. Sometimes see 0 even when there is non-zero irradiance

Expected behavior
Intermittent zeros should not happen

Found when doing user support, looking for representation of cloudy conditions vs non-cloudy theoretical conditions.
