Fix Dataset Solana Pricing

currently the datasets are showing a Solana prices of 0.00 Solana which doesnt make sense. The prices being generated are too small and the cut off of 2 decimals results in the prices showing 0.00

Pricing was adjusted but not fully fixed, please go back and update the pricing to be more reasonable, currently the pricing per query is pretty expensive.
