Win11 installation stucks

When trying to install ChatRTX via Nvidia App, the installation stops at "Installing AI Workbench"
At first I thought I could bypass this stack by installing AI Workbench manually. But even when AI Workbench was installed and fully functional, ChatRTX disables it and tries to install it again, but can't and freezes.

It can hang like this for several hours and nothing will change.
The movement will start only if I manually stop everything related to AI Workbench while ChatRTX instalation, then it will think AI Workbench installed and continue.
But even after that, ChatRTX does not start via Nvidia App. If I start via .bat, then I get a GUI in which nothing works. I can click the download button for the model, but this does not do anything. Button simply disapear after click and nothing happens.

I cant find any logs or errors what can help me to solve it by myself.

Same situation with separated installer.

My PC:
AMD Ryzen 9 7950X 16-Core Processor
RTX 4080 FE (Driver ver. 576.88)
Windows 11 Pro 23H2 22631.4317

WSL Version: 2.5.9.0
Kernel version: 6.6.87.2-1

Hint for AI workbench installation:
Run installer, give them a time for wsl and files creation, after wsl created shutdown a process, open cmd to run this.

wsl -u root -d NVIDIA-Workbench
cd /home/workbench/.nvwb/bin
 sudo ./nvwb-cli install --uid 1000 --gid 1000

After this NVIDIA-Workbench starts working like a normal. Creating a containers in docker and etc.
But ChatRTX dont care, they try to kill it and install again, but cant do it.

General question. How to install ChatRTX?

I copy this theme to both, git and geforce topic, because I somehow bypas installation and now idk, is it trouble in installation or somewhere else in software

can you please uninstall ChatRTX, if it is installed and try installation with below steps and share logs with us ?

Run the installer executable with the following command line options:
<installer_exe_filename> -log:<log_directory> -loglevel:6

This will generate detailed logs in the specified directory.

Important: To help us investigate installation failures, please share the entire logging directory with us. This will enable us to diagnose and resolve the issue more efficiently.
