On my msi titan 18 hx ai gaming laptop this chatrtx thing says not supported on your system.

When I try to install chatrtx from nvidia app for my msi titan 18 hx ai gaming laptop with these specs MSI Titan 18 HX AI,Intel Series 2 Core Ultra 9 285HX,46CM UHD+ MiniLED 120Hz Gaming Laptop(64GB/6TB NVMe SSD/Windows 11 Home/GeForce RTX 5090,GDDR6 24GB/Core Black/3.6Kg), A2XWJG-486IN, it says chat rtx is not supported on your system in install process so not able to install it. Why? My gaming laptop I think is one of top gaming laptops then why no support?

@bpawar-nvidia Could you at least make this more clear so that people don't go chase around why the installer is throwing this error when the hardware requirement seems to be met? Even your own G-Assist seems to believe it is supported:

ChatRTX requires an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 or higher GPU. Your RTX 5080 is supported, so the issue may be related to driver or installation settings.

are you able to verify any of those?

I can check if your GPU is supported by ChatRTX, but I cannot verify the installer's message without more details. Please provide the exact error message or log file from the installer.

ChatRTX is supported on your RTX 5080 GPU. The installer error may be due to an outdated driver or incompatible software version. Ensure your NVIDIA driver is up to date and try reinstalling ChatRTX.
