Description
This paper produced a modestly large dataset of trastuzumab variants (10^4 sequences) and screened it for specificity to human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2). It is potentially valuable as a downstream task for antibody sequence models. The dataset is unfortunately not made available -- authors need to be contacted in order to obtain it.
