How to use example in Visual Studio?

Would really love to use this but I have no idea how to get the example to work in Visual Studio with C++. Maybe add some instructions like that, please?

I opened a new project from existing files and it's added enough files for me to attempt to but it the console is saying that ValTree.h doesnt exist when I can see it sitting in the Header Files folder.
