Switch to using accumulo-maven-plugin #83
Description
Instead of using MiniAccumuloCluster directly, it'd be better if ITs were run against a single accumulo-maven-plugin. See https://github.com/apache/incubator-fluo/blob/2b1c45605ece0265647d5d7aec75c6ee977c7e73/pom.xml#L254 for an example.
