Simple publishing from GitHub Actions

GitHub integration has been tossed around as an idea, this is specifically considering a short term solution:

Do we want to develop a GitHub Action that developers can add to their repo which syncs code upon commit to a configured branch over to SocialDB?

Initial thoughts on design

The action takes two inputs:

• component: The target component to deploy to, hardcoded as an input to our action in the workflow file in the developer's repo
• key: private key with write permission for that widget, stored as a Secret in GitHub Actions
