Add about & footer section on landing page

An about section is important for users to know how to use this site. Use your own creativity to add an about section in the navbar zone. Also, do add a Github social-logo in that section which redirects to this project.

For the footer section, any sort of aesthetic design is mostly welcomed! 😄
