[Bug] Fails to backup a specific app (metrolist) leading to backups piling up #1028

- This issue contains only one bug.
Describe the bug
Whenever the backup runs (I usually run it on all user apps), it fails to properly backup metrolist - I can see that it's saving some files, but the backups seem to vary in size and the notifications says it hasn't backed up. It also doesn't delete old backups properly (I had about 100 GB of backups when it should only have kept 2 at a time).
Expected Behavior
- Properly backup metrolist.
- Delete old backups.
