[Feature Request] Only notify failed backups

Problem Description

Hi,
I've enabled scheduled (daily) backups, which trigger a daily notification. I've searched an option to only notify when backups have failed (that's what I do for proxmox for instance), but couldn't find any.

Proposed Solution

So I suggest adding the possibility to fine tune the notification level not to get "spammed" by success notifications, but only when it failed.
