Enable connecting to an existing supersim deployment

ie: pick existing rpc urls for l1, op chain a, op chain b

preferably configurable, since l1 port can vary, or by querying the supersim admin server (default localhost:8420) to rpc urls

Thanks! Also, the app is cool, but a web UI would make it a lot more portable than electron

We must use electron because superUI uses binary package to run local node etc supersim and foundry so that user don't install supersim and foundry to run local superchain.

I see. Might be worth seeing if superUI users don't already tend to use supersim and foundry, could reduce dependencies :)
