Give a better error message if the user doesnt have enough ETH for the gas deposit

Gas deposit is required for opening a new trove. we must display this better on the FE, and show that as an error more clearly. the error message should say 0.001 eth is needed as a gas deposit, click here to expand full error text. or somthing like that
