Error when running a non-standard database (antibodies)

Hi, I am processing a glycopeptide dataset using FP 23.1 against a fasta that combines SwissProt and a list of antibodies from https://absd.pasteur.cloud. I got the error attached at the philosopher step. Any ideas?
