Dear team,

I am using FragPipe 23.1 (linux version) to generate a spectral library from DDA-MS files. And I encountered the following error:

Process 'PhilosopherFilter' finished, exit code: 137
Process returned non-zero exit code, stopping
Cancelling 4 remaining tasks.

The log and workflow files are attached for your reference. Could you please help me identify the cause of this issue and suggest a possible solution?

I think it was due to out-of-memory. I think something was wrong with the computer's operating system, because FragPipe detected 1368 GB free memory, which is unlikely true. @andrewyy677 could you double check how much memory your computer has?
