"Error: peptide [x] was assigned to [protein y] that is not the database"

Hello,
When trying to run DDA LFQ analysis (using LFQ-MBR workflow but with MBR disabled), FragPipe exits with the following error:

Error: Peptide 'LAGKPTHVN' was assigned to sp|P01876|IGHA1_HUMAN that is not in the databaseProcess 'PhilosopherFilter' finished, exit code: 1

I did manage to analyse these same DDA files with a much smaller FASTA, prior to this, which went to completion.

I would appreciate any advice and happy to share more information if required.
