Neo Setup 3.1.x - user password update does not have a status alert

## Summary
When a user changes their credentials, the modal dialog closes without displaying an alert indicating the change status, either successful or failed. 

## Motivation
Provide user feedback on the change.

## Proposal
Create a similar alert to the one for the other feedback loops.
