NethVoice CTI parameterized URL

NethVoice CTi must manage the parameterized URL like the previous version.

You can open the above URL with caller's data on:

• never
• ringing
• call
• answered
• call clicking button on the call management box

The URL can contain four parameters that identify the caller:

• $CALLER_NUMBER
• $CALLER_NAME
• $CALLED
• $UNIQUEID

Evaluate the possibility of using a parameter that cannot be obtained from the call data, such as a customer code
