NethVoice CTI / NethLink screen sharing

While a user has established a phone call from his WebRTC client to another WebRTC client he wants to have the possibility to share his screen with the interlocutor.

Janus supports this feature.

Phone island, if in the user profile, the permission for screen sharing is active, must allow him to start the feature while for the recipient must open another window or adapt to show the shared screen.

A user needs to be able to disable it at his own discretion.
