NethVoice: reboot a configured phone doesn't work #7151
Description
If a phone is configured using NethVoice provisioning, the interface previously allowed rebooting the device to enforce a new configuration.
However, this feature no longer works because the SIP NOTIFY command is not being issued.
While the reboot itself is not essential, it was used to trigger phone configuration.
Please assess whether all supported phones can be reconfigured without requiring a reboot, and if necessary, rename the feature to reflect its purpose more accurately.
Additionally, remove the scheduled reboot option from the bulk phone menu and replace it with an immediate action.
