NethVoice CTI: Phone Island must facilitate the switch of calls between devices

If my call is being managed by Phone Island (Webphone or NethLink), a quick feature is needed to switch devices.

For example, I might want to continue the call on the mobile app or switch from a physical phone to the webphone.
