Display application release notes in Software Center

Before installing an application (or core) update, the admin would like to know more about it.

version to test: ghcr.io/nethserver/core:3.4.5-dev.2

• install NS8 from the testing module
• fake some core updates, in the core update page you can see the changelog offered in the update column, in the appinfo page of each module you can see a release link also (click in the core module name)
• fake some module updates, when you update a module you have the link to the changelog, in the software center page the appinfo page gets a link to the changelog for any module (click in the module name)

Note: the module must be hosted under github
