NethVoice CTI: Missing phone island on desktop phone first login or logout

Phone island disappear if user make login, or logout after pc first login.

Steps to reproduce

• Make login with your user on CTI web app
• Make login with your user on Nethlink app
• Try to make a call with another user to your user

Expected behavior

Phone island should be visible, but it isn't
