Upgrade to Loki 3

Since Dec 24 Loki 2 is EOL and upgrade to 3 is necessary.

Additional context

Loki (at least in v2) phones home to stats.grafana.org. Provide a way to enable or disable this feature as wanted.

Test case 1: fresh install

• Install on a clean machine:

  curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/NethServer/ns8-core/main/core/install.sh > install.sh 
  bash install.sh ghcr.io/nethserver/loki:1.2.3-dev.2
  create-cluster rl1.leader.cluster0.gs.nethserver.net:55820 10.5.4.0/24 Nethesis,1234
  

• Access the cluster admin and go to the Log page
• Verify logs are presents and searchable
• Verify the following variables are set inside /home/loki1/.config/state/environment

  LOKI_V13_SCHEMA_START=2025-04-01
  LOKI_ALLOW_STRUCTURED_METADATA=true
  

Test case 2: upgrade
(To uninstall after test case 1: bash /var/lib/nethserver/node/uninstall.sh)

• Install on a clean machine:

  curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/NethServer/ns8-core/main/core/install.sh > install.sh 
  create-cluster rl1.leader.cluster0.gs.nethserver.net:55820 10.5.4.0/24 Nethesis,1234
  

• Upgrade loki:

  api-cli run update-module --data '{"module_url":"ghcr.io/nethserver/loki:1.2.3-dev.2","instances":["loki1"]}'
  

• Access the cluster admin and go to the Log page
• Verify logs are presents and searchable
• Verify the following variables are set inside /home/loki1/.config/state/environment

  LOKI_V13_SCHEMA_START=<a day after the upgrade>
  LOKI_ALLOW_STRUCTURED_METADATA=false
  

Test case 3: backup and restore

• After test case 1
• Configure a backup repository
• Schedule a backup and add to it the Loki instance
• Restore the backup and replace loki
• Access the cluster admin and go to the Log page
• Verify log are presents
• Verify the following variables are set inside /home/loki1/.config/state/environment

  LOKI_V13_SCHEMA_START=2025-04-01
  LOKI_ALLOW_STRUCTURED_METADATA=true
  

Test case 4: upgrade core

• After test case 1, upgrade the core:

  api-cli run update-core --data '{"core_url":"ghcr.io/nethserver/core:3.6.4-dev.1","nodes":[1], "force": true}
  

• Access the cluster admin and go to the Log page
• Verify logs are presents and searchable
