System Logs Loki settings UI glitches

The current value of Label and Retention is not shown when the modal window is opened. Showing the current value helps to modify it consistently.

Steps to reproduce

• Go to settings > system-logs
• edit and save the label, when you open it again it is empty
• edit and save the retention time, when you open it again it is empty

Expected behavior

I expect to see the previous value to know what value I need to change or increase/decrease

Actual behavior

When I open the retention or the label modal, the content is empty
