Core: external ldap provider cannot be removed

External ldap provider cannot be removed once added, minor bug, the form is not reloaded once the provider has been added

Steps to reproduce

• Login to a remote external account provider active directory
• add a new provider to this account provider
• the provider is added but the form is not reloaded once we have succeeded to add the new external provider
• try to remove it
• we cannot remove it
  Expected behavior

I expect no error and to be able to remove it, I expect also the page is reloaded when I add a new external provider

Actual behavior

I cannot remove it, it seems that during the attempt to remove the providers we use the action remove-internal-provider

verif the bug is not more reproducible

• add an external account LDAP provider
• once set add new providers to the first provider -> the UI is reloaded and you can see the the new provider
• remove the provider added -> no error to remove the provider
