NethVoice CTI: Allow collapsing the right sidebar on desktop

Currently, the right sidebar can be collapsed on tablets and mobile devices, but this functionality is not available on the desktop version.
Introducing this feature would improve the user experience by allowing users to hide the sidebar when they don’t need it, increasing the available space for the main content.

The purpose of this feature is to provide a more flexible layout, especially for users with smaller screens or those who do not frequently use the sidebar functions.

Proposed solution
Allow users to collapse and expand the right sidebar by clicking on the section icon, mirroring the behavior already implemented on tablets and mobile devices.
When the sidebar is open, clicking the section icon collapses it.
When the sidebar is collapsed, clicking the section icon expands it.
Ensure a smooth transition between states for better usability like in other devices.
