NethVoice / NethLink (phone island): transfer to external phone number

This functionality is currently missing.
When transferring a call, whether internal or external, I can only search for the recipient among users.
The transfer should also allow dialing an external number or selecting one from the address book.

This missing feature affects both NethVoice CTI and NethLink

Preconditions:

• Ensure the user who performs the transfer or starts the conference has in their phonebook:
  • at least one contact with only one phone number
  • at least one contact with more than one phone number
• Use NethVoice and Nethlink testing version: see comment below

A. Call transfer

Test case A1 (WebRTC to WebRTC):

• Make a call from a WebRTC device to a user using WebRTC
• Click Transfer on the phone island of the first WebRTC user
• Verify that the contact list includes all operators and the first 50 contacts of the phonebook
• Verify that the contact search works as expected
• Verify that the call can be transferred to an operator
• Verify that the call can be transferred to a phonebook contact
• Verify that the call can be transferred to a phone number entered by the user in the search bar

Test case A2 (WebRTC to physical phone):

• Make a call from a WebRTC device to a user using a physical phone
• Click Transfer on the phone island of the WebRTC user
• Verify that the contact list includes all operators and the first 50 contacts of the phonebook
• Verify that the contact search works as expected
• Verify that the call can be transferred to an operator
• Verify that the call can be transferred to a phonebook contact
• Verify that the call can be transferred to a phone number entered by the user in the search bar

Test case A3 (WebRTC to Nethlink):

• Make a call from a WebRTC device to a user using Nethlink
• Click Transfer on the phone island of the WebRTC user
• Verify that the contact list includes all operators and the first 50 contacts of the phonebook
• Verify that the contact search works as expected
• Verify that the call can be transferred to an operator
• Verify that the call can be transferred to a phonebook contact
• Verify that the call can be transferred to a phone number entered by the user in the search bar
• Repeat these steps initiating the call and the transfer from Nethlink

• Make a call from a WebRTC device to a user using NethVoice app
