Rspamd bypassed after Mail restoration

After Mail restoration the Rspamd filter is ignored. Scan history is empty.

Steps to reproduce

• Restore a Mail backup

Expected behavior

When a message is received I can see Rspamd scan results in the Rspamd UI history.

Actual behavior

The history is empty.

Test case

Check the bug is not reproducible with Mail 1.5.5-dev.2.

• Install Mail 1.5.4
• Upgrade to 1.5.5-dev.2
• Backup/Restore Mail 1.5.5-dev.2 instance
