Description
The audio of calls made through Nethvoice CTI does not function when the
NethVoice Proxy configuration has an incorrect network interface setting before
the installation of the Nethvoice module. Even after correcting the network
interface setting into the NethVoice Proxy interface the issue persists,
indicating that the initial incorrect configuration has a lasting impact on the
module's functionality.
Steps to reproduce
- Configure the proxy with an incorrect network interface in the Network
Interfaces field before installing the Nethvoice module. - Install the Nethvoice module.
- Attempt to make a call to test the audio functionality.
- Correct the network interface setting to the appropriate one.
- Attempt to make another call to see if the audio issue is resolved.
Expected behavior
The audio of calls should work properly after correcting the network interface
setting, regardless of the initial incorrect proxy configuration.
Actual behavior
The audio of calls does not work even after correcting the network interface
setting, suggesting that the initial incorrect proxy configuration has a
persistent effect on the module's ability to handle audio.
