NethVoice Proxy: reduce log verbosity

Proxy log >5 lines for each SIP packet. verbosity should be reduced.

• Install the module nethvoice-proxy from the testing repository
• Configure the module
• If not present, install and configure an instance of the module nethvoice
• Make a call
• Check the module logs, the lines with the [DEV] tag must not be present
• Enable the debug with:

runagent -m <nethvoice-proxy-module-id> kamcmd pv.shvSet debug int 1

• Make a call
• Check the module logs, the lines with the [DEV] tag must be present
