NethVoice CTI: generic permission error when no audio device is connected #7364

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install the NethVoice 1.2.1 update
  2. Connect an IP Phone and a USB headset
  3. Ensure NethLink is installed and connected
  4. Select the IP Phone as the main device in the NethvoiceCTI
  5. Disconnect the USB headset, leaving only the IP Phone
  6. Notice the error message appearing

Expected behavior

If an IP Phone is used as the only device, the system should not report the lack of a microphone or camera.

Actual behavior

Even though the IP Phone is properly set up, the system reports a generic permission error, claiming that the microphone and camera are unavailable.
Even after dismissing the error, the banner reappears after a few minutes.
