User portal trailing slash

User portal shows a white page if trailing slash is missing.

Same behavior for both:

• default path-based route e.g. /users-admin/ad.dp.nethserver.net
• custom path-based route /password

If we want to create ourselves a custom route with the UI in settings > http-routes, we miss an option in the UI to make it workable. I needed to set an option : 'slash_redirect': True,

The QA does not need an upgrade from a stable version, old account provider will continue to use the old way without slash redirecting

case 1

• install the two account provider from testing
• go to the user panel of the two account provider
• verify that you can remove the / at the end without getting a blank page, the missing / must be appended
  for example

• install the core version from testing
• create a route settings > http_route
• verify that some toggle are disabled if the field is missing

URL -> Skip certificate validation is Disabled if the url is http, enabled if https
HOST -> lets encrypt is disabled if the HOST is empty
PATH -> Strip URL path prefix and Append trailing slash to path are Disabled is the /Path is missing

• verify that some toggle if they are set to true are set to false and disabled when the field is removed by the sysadmin

URL -> Skip certificate validation (true to false and disabled  if URL is missing)
HOST -> lets encrypt   (true to false and disabled  if URL is missing)
PATH -> Strip URL path prefix and Append trailing slash to path   (true to false and disabled  if URL is missing)

• verify the new toggle Append trailing slash can be added to the route
• verify the advanced menu and the option inside
• once the route created, then edit it and change the settings
• open an Automatic route, the allow from must be displayed without advanced menu
