WSDD service for File Server

As NetBIOS name discovery is deprecated in modern Windows clients, we must implement the alternative Web Service Discovery protocol. A wide implementation of WSD for Linux is wsdd.

Test case 1: Clean install

• Install samba including file server on a fresh installed Nethserver 8.
• Verify that a Windows client can see the samba server in network in explorer or use wsdd in discovery mode on a linux machine (for example NS7): wsdd -v -D

Test case 2: Update

• [Enable default testing repository]
• Update Core 3.6.3-dev.* and Samba file server 2.5.0-dev.*
• Verify that a Windows client can see the samba server in network in explorer or use wsdd in discovery mode on a linux machine (for example NS7): wsdd -v -D
