Show File Server host and NT domain name

I need to know what is the DC host name and NT domain name, to reach a shared folder from Windows Explorer application. For instance, to reach a share:

\\DC1\myshare

To authenticate as Someuser of domain NTDOMAIN:

NTDOMAIN\someuser

What about adding a card to the File Server app status page?
