NethVoice CTI / NethLink: phone-island close on conference start

Steps to reproduce

• Use Windows as OS
• Connect three user to your Nethvoice CTI
• Call with first user the second one
• Start conference to third user

Expected behavior

Phone-island should not disappear, and conference should start fine

Actual behavior

Actually when third user is added phone-island disappear and call is ended
