Description
In the CTI module, when accessing the call history, there is inconsistent behavior: for some numbers not saved in the phonebook, the "Add to phonebook" option appears, for others it does not — with no clear logic behind it.
Steps to reproduce

Open CTI

Go to Call History

Search for a number that is not in the phonebook

Click on the number to open the drawer

Check whether the "Add to phonebook" option is available
Expected behavior
All numbers not saved in the phonebook should consistently show the "Add to phonebook" option.
Actual behavior
Some numbers not in the phonebook show the add option, others don’t, with no clear rule.
