Phone-Island: One-way audio during consultative transfer when hold is activated #7462

Description

Description:

When using NethCTI with Webphone or Nethlink, there is a one-way audio issue during a consultative transfer if the hold (pause) button is pressed before initiating the transfer. Specifically, the person initiating the transfer (A) cannot hear the transfer target (C) during the consultation phase.

Steps to Reproduce:

User A receives a call from user B.

A presses the Pause button on Phone Island to place B on hold (e.g., to play hold music).

A then clicks the Transfer button on Phone Island.

A selects user C as the transfer target and initiates a consultation call.

C answers the call, but A cannot hear C (one-way audio).

Additional Information:

If A completes the transfer despite the audio issue, the resulting call between B and C works correctly and has two-way audio.

This behavior suggests a possible mismanagement in channel bridging on the Asterisk side

Expected Behavior:

Audio between A and C should work correctly during the consultation phase, even if hold was activated before the transfer.
