Phone Island: Device switch button missing or not always shown on incoming calls #7473
Description
Steps to reproduce:
- Receive an incoming call
- Sometimes the device switch button appears, other times it doesn't (both on CTI and NethLink)
Expected behavior:
The device switch button should always appear during incoming calls, just like it does during outgoing calls.
Actual behavior:
The device switch button is inconsistent: it sometimes appears, but other times it’s missing when receiving a call.
Components:
- NethVoice on NS8
- Phone Island module (latest version)
- CTI and NethLink (tested on both)
