NethVoice: add a POST and a GET API to write and read the extensions displayname

As requested by a customer, there's the need to be abel to change extensions displayname using a REST api

This should be implemented on both NS8 and NS7

Test:

_Note: Secretkey is sha1sum of the strings user + freepbx password hash + secret:

• on NS7, secret is in /var/lib/nethserver/secrets/nethvoice

• on NS8 it is in the environment variable NETHVOICESECRETKEY stored in password.env

on NS7, you can execut following commands:
