Alertmanager sends empty alert notification mails

The metrics alertmanager mail notifications are empty.

Steps to reproduce

• Install NS8 core which includes metrics
• Enable mail notifications in settings and mail alert notifications in metrics in cluster-admin
• Trigger an event, for example disable swap using swapoff -a

Expected behavior

The sent alert mail notification contains information about the alert.

Actual behavior

The sent alert mail notification is empty, there's no subject and no content.

The UI is wrong: alertmanager does not have language template selection.
The only thing we can do is setting a custom template: see https://github.com/NethServer/ns8-metrics?tab=readme-ov-file#customize-alert-mail-template-experimental.
But for now it's not supported from the UI.

test the UI of the metrics notification is not broken with the mail_template removal

you can enable metrics
you can set several mail_to recipients and a mail_from sender
the metrics backends should not be broken and must be fully workable
