NethVoice CTI: Operator last login shows incorrect time (+2 hours) in Operator Statistics page

Steps to reproduce

1. Access the CTI

2. Go to Queue Manager > Summary > Operator summary

3. Check the "Last login" column for operators

Expected behavior
The operator's last login time should be displayed correctly according to the local time.

Actual behavior
The operator's last login time is shown two hours ahead of the actual time. For example, if the operator logs in at 09:00, it shows 11:00. However, the time is reported correctly in other reports.
