Description:

When the "Automatically pause from queue" option is enabled for the Forwarding and Do Not Disturb states (configured in the NethCTI Settings), and the agent sets their presence to one of these states, the agent is not paused in the specified queue as expected.

Steps to reproduce:
Enable the "Automatically pause from queue" option in NethCTI Settings.

Select the Forwarding and Do Not Disturb states.

Change your presence to one of the selected states.

Check if the agent is paused in the queue.

Expected behavior:
The agent should automatically be paused in the configured queue when their presence is set to one of the selected states (Forwarding or Do Not Disturb).

Current behavior:
The agent remains active in the queue, despite the configuration.
