Applications page and enhanced Node details

Milestone goal

Improve the cluster UI by introducing a new Applications page with filtering, search, and app restart actions, and by enhancing the Nodes page with alarms count, installed apps, FQDN, and better resource/metrics handling. Also update the Cluster Status card to show the total number of active alarms.
